Craig’s funeral which was held in All Saints Church, Castleford. 💔 Craig, had only seen his baby girl Amelia twice before he died. One poignant wreath at his funeral spelt Daddy 🙏💔😥 Thank you for your service Craig ❤️ Lest we forget 🇬🇧

Lance Corporal Liam Tasker designed a memorial at the kennels in Camp Bastion which was called Rowe Lines in memory of Kenneth and Sasha. Sadly, Liam and his working dog Theo were later to be added to the memorial themselves. Heartbreaking 😢💔

A Taliban sniper had shot and injured Sasha, but she managed to return to Kenneth. Unfortunately, the Taliban used this to locate their position and fired a volley of 5 rocket propelled grenades, killing both Kenneth and Sasha. Absolutely heartbreaking 😢💔 Lest we forget 🇬🇧

20th July, 2009 Captain Daniel Shepherd GM, aged 28 from Lincoln, of 11 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Regiment, The Royal Logistic Corps, was killed in an explosion in Nad e-Ali, Helmand Province, Afghanistan Lest we Forget this brave man who had saved many lives previously🏴🇬🇧
Daniel was awarded a posthumous George Medal for his actions in Afghanistan. On one occasion, he cleared 13 IEDs in the space of 36 hours by hand. What a brave and courageous man he was ❤️ Thank you for your service Daniel ❤️ Lest we forget 🇬🇧

More than 150 mourners paid tribute to Matthew at St Francis of Assisi Church, Bournville. Matthew was known in his squadron as Lip, because he found humour in even the most difficult situations 🙏 Thank you for your service Matthew ❤️ Lest we forget 🇬🇧
