the world trends directionally towards turning everyone into a consumer this is why I think creators will be one of the most powerful groups of people in the world

the way to build anything is to share every little detail about it publicly more so than the thing you're building, people want to connect with you emotionally, have a sense that they're part of your journey

there's only two ways to build venture scale startups around consumer apps: 1. you build infra first and then build the consumer app on top of it 2. build consumer app first and then build underlying infra

software is no longer the moat even if it’s differentiated—at best, a novel product can help get early users and attention but competitors will quickly catch up. when cost and time to produce software goes to zero, only moat is distribution and locked in contracts.

The problem with IIT/JEE coaching is they truly make you believe that without cracking the exam you can’t be wealthy. Every young student going through competitive exam prep is brainwashed and as a result end up thinking of the world as a zero sum game.

Crypto used to be seen as a cult that only exists for scams and mocked for having no real utility It’s surreal to be on the other side where a majority of Fortune 500 is actively building foundational infrastructure for crypto + US becoming the crypto capital

Agents today are better framed as automations w/ marginal AI use In web3, most agents use AI for understanding user intent and the rest is automation under the hood When underlying models and by extension frameworks improve, there will be a surge in agents that can truly reason

he’s right, probably one of the boldest moves to prevent de-dollarisation and put USD in the hands of billions of people. Since US has the first mover advantage here, almost like any consumer company, they’ll capture a lot of the world’s distribution to hold USD.

Revenue has come back as the primary focus for founders. Earlier, it used to be just building around a TGE but now founders are a lot more focused on building profitable revenue generating products with distribution as the focus on day 1. This is why we're building EarnKit.
