Going through all the Somnia quest data this weekend. Still working with the team on adding extra bot filtering and removing referral cheaters. There are some mega whales at the top that have a lot of points + NFT boosters.

Seeing posts on the timeline from some big accounts on InfoFi being dead. Any system that has incentives will be gamed. To say it's broken is missing what it could become. InfoFi is still early. It will evolve and get better. I can't see a better way to democratise influence.

Most startups fail because founders energy runs out. In a bull market, the pace increases 100x and founders try to do everything forgetting their limited time chips per day. The real risk isn't the market, deals or PMF it's burnout. Stay in the game to win.

New website has some alpha in it if you look carefully. Can you find the secret upcoming stuff for Somnia? Also really interested in feedback. We went in a very different direction from most website. Wanted it to feel a bit like a game.

Time to claim your SomniYaps. People are asking what are these for. We can't give specifics but it will give you "benefits in the Somnia ecosystem". To maybe add a bit more, we wanted a separate system from points to reward yappers.

Having a long term view is important in this space. Short term decisions feel good at the time but often lead to worse outcomes. Zoom out place bets where you think the world is going not where it is today.

The difference this cycle compared to the last is institutional money flooding in. Token treasury strategies are being normalised. I reckon the top 25 projects will have treasury companies. Financial innovation often leads bubbles. Still early but it's going to be interesting.

One of the biggest issues I see in founders is conflict avoidance. We naturally shy away from tough conversations and hard decisions. I’m like this too. I now start every day by confronting the hardest problem. Eat the s**t sandwich first. It’s how you move 10x faster.

I find it odd how many people feel like TGE is the end of the project. To me it's just the start. It's actually when your product is live and you can asses real usage. It's when the game really steps up and you need to drive real adoption. Somnia starts at TGE
