What I think @safe should build: 1. simple tx service that accepts transactions for any network id and uses transaction decoding using sourcify, no indexing dependencies, no RPC dependencies, maybe using @Holepunch_to 2. IPFS based interface that allows to specify tx service
I like the idea of the @Replit dependency manager. Not having access to all node versions is not super helpful however, e.g. no node 23 would be relevant to just have every version still installable.
