⚖️ During the 70 days Vincent stayed in Auvers-sur-Oise, he painted 9 flower still lifes. Quite a lot! ‘Glass with carnations’ was among them. Vincent placed the vase off-centre, but rebalanced the composition by leaning the flowers to the left. 🖼️ ©️ Private collection.
